On Saturday 6th July, we'll be meeting Mugwort, Latin name Artemisia vulgaris.

Also known as the dreaming herb, Mugwort is used to treat menstrual issues, muscular tension and digestive complaints. You'll learn how to identify, harvest, and prepare simple remedies you can make at home - all in a cosy, informal setting.

Time: 1.30pm - 4pm
