Rosemary is a culinary favourite, gracing kitchens and gardens around the country. But there’s much more to this amazing herb than simply flavouring the Sunday roast.
In this online workshop, we’ll get to know Rosemary on a deeper level — looking at her history, folklore, medicinal uses, and practical ways to incorporate her medicine into daily life.
If you want to feel re-energised and get clarity of mind, Rosemary is a brilliant herb to know.
What you’ll need
Dried Rosemary (at least a teaspoon) or fresh Rosemary (a sprig)
Your favourite mug
A tea strainer
A notepad and pen
*If you don’t have any Rosemary, you can purchase some from me for £5 (including p&p).
