GETTING TO KNOW THE ELDER TREE

The Elder Tree AKA Sambucus Nigra grows abundantly in the UK and is probably most famous for its fragrant Elderflowers that are used to make cordial at the start of summer.

  • Tea tasting (yum)

So whether you've never heard of Elder or have known her for years, you'll leave with more knowledge and practical tools to incorporate Elder’s medicine into daily life.

What you'll need to bring

  • A mug

  • Paper and pen

  • Scissors and a bag to collect Elderberries (which can stain)

We'll meet in the carpark at Radwell Meadows at 7pm. Please wear comfortable shoes for walking.
